Jamie is a music producer and writer based in the North of England. His musical styles vary from bass heavy, hip hop inspired sonics and dance and electronic to anthemic rock and cinematic, heavy hitting pieces.

His early years were focused on performing and recording in bands which over time progressed naturally to more time spent in the studio writing and recording. in 2017 he began writing specifically for film and sync along side continuing to work on commercial projects. By 2019 Jamie already had hundreds of sync placements varying from small spots to huge channel rebrands. In this time he was scouted by Timbaland via hiss social media presence, which brought a new wave of commercial and sync opportunities. He spent time in LA in the studio with TImbaland and formed a strong partnership with Timbalands music creator platform "Beatclub". This saw Jamie (under Alias "MNKN") Land some notable placements, both commercially and in sync with a Single for rapper Kevin Gates and licensed music for the NHL, Red Bull and more.

Along side this, Jamie has been working independently and via sync agents and has had international sync placements with huge world brands such as IAMS, Adidas, Braun, Cle De Peau, Sage, JD Sports, Sports Direct, SKY TV, Premier League amongst many more.

What's next? Jamie wants to continue to make good use of what he has learnt and what he has to offer. Priding himself of being easy to work with and easy to communicate with, welcoming guidance and feedback to best serve the purpose of the project in front of him. Still hungry to grow and learn. Still passionate about his craft and ambitious with what can be achieved.
